Analysis of Heat Dissipation Performance of Battery Liquid Cooling Plate Based on Bionic Structure

چکیده

To provide a favorable temperature for power battery liquid cooling system, bionic blood vessel structure of the plate is designed based on knowledge bionics and human model. For three different discharge rates 1C, 2C, 3C, FLUENT used to simulate analyze heat dissipation performance with vascular structure. The influence pipe distance (A1 A2) at coolant outlet, thickness plate, inner turning radius R in channel, mass flow are studied. results show that A2), thickness, have significant effects especially under 3C discharge. In addition, channel area outlet also has great variable width optimization greatly improves plate. Increasing inlet rate can improve capacity, but expense pressure drop. A verification experiment error between simulation within 9.8%; therefore, accurate, effect.
